What's the Process?

Step 1 - Review

Our specialist team will review the details you submitted and confirm the exact requirements for your build.

Step 2 - Assignment

Your task will be assigned to the next available team member based on your plan and priority level.

Step 3 - Build Begins

You will receive an email notification once the build starts, along with any clarifications we may need from you.

How is DFY work billed?

If you are a SaaSy Essentials member, DFY VA hours are billed at a rate of $45 USD p/hr and invoiced at the end of each week.

If you are a SaaSy Supported member, DFY VA hours will be deducted from your included monthly VA time and any hours in excess of that time will be billed at a rate of $35 USD p/hr and invoiced at the end of each week.
